In the precoat filtration Dal Cin offers a wide range of solutions, all based on pure cellulose of different plant origin, and diatomaceous earth or perlite selected for the purpose. These products are suitable for solid/liquid separation, both for polar and not polar liquids.

In 1983, Dal Cin has developed and patented an industrial process for producing a particular cellulose fiber in the hydrated state (pre-dispersed^TM) which increases the specific surface area of the product up to 25m²/g, reaching very high levels of retention. The specialty "pre-dispersed" are used in the filtration of polar liquids (water, alcohols, polar organic solvents).
