On 1 July 2014, Dal Cin adopted its own Code of Ethics following the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 20 May 2014, as part of the implementation of the management and control model provided for by Legislative Decree 231/01 on corporate administrative liability.
The Code of Ethics, whose updated version as of 31 December 2023 is available directly on the company website, requires all company stakeholders (directors, employees, collaborators, agents and consultants, as well as suppliers of goods and services) to adhere to its guidelines and principles of conduct, based on the assessments carried out during the analysis of the potential offences covered by Legislative Decree 231/01 and subsequent amendments.
