Dal Cin takes a new, major step forward in its internationalization strategy by announcing the acquisition of Fusion Vinica, a Spanish company based in Haro—the heart of La Rioja—and a longtime distributor of Dal Cin products since 2016.
This transaction marks the first acquisition in the company’s history and represents a key strategic milestone for the Group’s international growth. With this initiative, Dal Cin strengthens its presence across the Iberian Peninsula, aiming to deliver service that is even more closely aligned with winery needs by providing direct commercial and technical support, alongside more efficient logistics.
The new entity will operate under the name Dal Cin Iberica SL and will be led by a Board of Directors comprising Lorenzo Dal Cin as President, Pietro Vallardi as CEO, and José María de la Fuente Guitart—formerly Sole Director of Fusion Vinica—managing commercial operations.
The acquisition will also allow the company to solidify its position in regions where it already operates—La Rioja, the Basque Country, Navarre, Catalonia, and Aragon—while driving further expansion throughout the rest of Spain. To that end, Dal Cin Iberica SL is already building a more comprehensive sales network, transitioning existing distributors into direct agents in the La Mancha, Valencia, and Aragon regions.
This move underscores Dal Cin’s commitment to investing in international growth through a business model combining technical expertise, innovation, and customer proximity—strengthening collaboration with winemakers and solidifying the company’s position across Europe’s top wine markets.
